Important Time Information:

Community SANS Boise 2006 will run 8:30 a.m. - 5:50 p.m. If you are traveling, we suggest you stay in the conference hotel, or as close as possible. If you live in the general area, please consider sharing the drive with a friend or co-worker.

  • SEC504 will run 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
  • SEC401 will run 8:30 AM - 5:50 PM.
         The full day class will include 3 bootcamp hands-on exercises each day.

Accommodation for Students With Disabilities:

SANS Institute is committed to assisting course participants subject to disabilities. SANS will provide the following at no additional cost to the employers of participants with disabilities: an additional seat in the classroom and an additional set of course materials for Auxiliary Aides and/or the course notes in computer-readable format, as requested by the participant's employer. The employer of the participant shall be responsible for all other costs of any necessary accommodation, including arranging and paying for Auxiliary Aides. The employer may call 1-301-654-SANS(7267) to request that SANS Institute make the arrangements for Auxiliary Aides and bill the costs to the employer. It is the responsibility of the employer to confirm with SANS all such arrangements at least four weeks before the course.

CISSP Members:

CISSP members may supply their CISSP ID# and SANS will submit a request to CISSP for the attendee to receive credit for CPEs earned. There is a blue box below the payment section on the registration form to enter your CISSP ID#.

The SANS Store:

Make time at the conference to stop by the SANS Store! This is where you pick up your books for class when you register, and where you find other great items for sale throughout the week. The SANS Store will sell leftover course books at great discounts plus a wide variety of other items. Several of our instructors are authors who have books for sale in the SANS Store and would be more than happy to autograph your copy. Sweatshirts, t-shirts, TCP/IP header t-shirts, polo shirts and hats are some of the great clothing items you'll discover. Step-by-Step Guides will be sold at a price that cannot be matched anywhere else! High quality wireless cards and antennas will be available at a competitive price.

Sale prices on conference merchandise are valid only while supplies last. Items that you purchase at the conference must be picked up onsite.
