Step 1
The assessment manager sees the CyberTalent Assessment link in his or her SANS Account.
Step 2
The assessment manager can then review the assessments and send the relevant assessment link to the individuals applying for the job, being evaluated for training needs, etc.
Step 3
After those being evaluated complete the assessment, the assessment manager is able to see their results. The initial screen shows the individuals listed in order of their total and percentage score.
Step 4
To see individual scores across the domains in more detail, the assessment manager can click on the name of an individual.
Step 5
To compare one individual's scores against those of others, the assessment manager can click the box next to that person's name and then click the "score details" or "compare performances" boxes.
