Nik Alleyne has over 20 years of experience in information technology and security. He is the Director of Business Development for an MSSP and specializes in Network Forensics and Security Operations. As a SANS Principal Instructor, he loves demonstrating to students how they can learn about AI and applied data science along with how they can detect various attacks and the measures they can put in place to prevent them where possible.

Mark Baggett's first foray into information security was on the receiving end of hacking 30 years ago, and he was amazed by the experience. Today he is a SANS Fellow author of three SANS courses on Python and Linux for information security. Mark served as the technical advisor to the DoD for SANS from 2011 until 2024, where he assisted various government organizations in the development of information security capabilities. Today he is the Chief Technology Officer for the Internet Storm Center.

Eric is a co-founder and principal security engineer at Puma Security focusing on modern static analysis product development and DevSecOps automation. He is co-author and instructor for three SANS Cloud Security courses.

Frank Kim is the Founder of ThinkSec, a security consulting and CISO advisory firm. He leads the Cybersecurity Leadership and Cloud Security curricula at SANS, as well as authors and instructs multiple SANS courses.

Chad Tilbury has extensive experience in digital forensics and incident response, stemming from his time as a Special Agent with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations and roles at Mandiant and CrowdStrike. Now a consultant and senior SANS instructor, Chad co-authors courses on Windows Forensic Analysis and Advanced Digital Forensics, Incident Response, and Threat Hunting, equipping professionals with critical forensic skills and advanced threat detection techniques.

Terrence Williams' path to cybersecurity began in the Marines, leading to a dynamic career where continuous learning and challenges fuel his passion. As a SANS instructor teaching Digital Forensics, Incident Response, and cloud security, Terrence is driven by the transformative impact of cybersecurity. His teaching philosophy centers on fostering a growth mindset, empowering students to expand beyond course materials into continuous personal and professional development.

Rogue hacker-turned-infosec-professional, Joshua Wright is now a SANS Fellow, as well as director and senior security analyst for CounterHack, a company devoted to the development of information security challenges for education and evaluation.
