The Educational Institutions Partnership Program draws on SANS Institute’s mission to ensure InfoSec practitioners in critical education organizations have the skills needed to protect networks and sensitive data and enhance cybersecurity readiness and response. This program offers both security awareness and online technical training courses to qualifying educational institutions at substantial cost savings.
Through the SANS aggregate buy program, you can get the training you need, at an affordable cost, and improve your organization's security posture against ransomware, phishing, and other cyber-attacks.
Educational Institutions Program
The SANS Institute has partnered with REN-ISAC to provide accredited educational institutions with discounts on SANS world-class online training, and certifications.
Program participants receive deep discounts on SANS products including:

SANS Cybersecurity Courses
Program participants have access to 50 cybersecurity courses to choose. These in-depth courses provide hands-on training for a range of expertise and skillsets – from those new to cyber to Infosec experts and general management.

Eligible organizations purchase discounted credits at the time of order. The credits can be redeemed by the learner for a specific course. These courses may be taken Live Online or OnDemand within one year of purchase. This gives busy professionals the flexibility to engage with the course materials on their own terms.
GIAC Certifications
GIAC is the world’s most recognized cybersecurity certification. These valuable credentials indicate mastery of a skillset.
Participants may opt to take a certification exam after course completion. Those who pass the rigorous exam are awarded a GIAC credential.
Eligible organizations who purchase through the SANS program may purchase GIAC exams at the time of training order or purchase them separately. These credits will be redeemed by the learner upon completion of the coursework.
NetWars Continuous
Practice cybersecurity skills online with NetWars Continuous. This cyber range platform offers interactive simulations to test a learner’s depth of knowledge and response.
NetWar licenses are available to purchase at a discount through the program. Add them to your cart at the time of order and redeem within one year of purchase.

This is an exclusive program. Current eligible constituencies include accredited educational institutions in the U.S. or Canada, including colleges, universities, technical training institutes, and K-12 schools.
