Ace Delos Santos has been in cybersecurity for 7 years. He started his career at an antimalware company, where he was able to interact with and understand diverse user backgrounds. He shared his knowledge through technical training, which gave him an edge in adapting to the environments he needed to navigate. Currently, he is at Equinix as a Security Awareness professional, where he discovered business analytics tools. Obsessed with data, analysis, and AI he developed novel ideas on which metrics to track and automated many processes to ensure scalability without incurring additional costs. The advancement of these metrics has helped the organization share insights with the Directors, CISO, and regional managers to understand human risks. He will be pleased to share his experiences to assist teams in advancing their metrics.
