Blossom Baker has extensive experience leading organizations in the areas of Cybersecurity, Secure Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Security, Threat Protection, AI Security Capabilities, Data Security, Identity Management and Access Control, Security Policy and Advisory.
She began her career as a Software Engineer for Lockheed Martin building trajectories to modernize the airspace and integrated security into all phases of the software development life cycle. The advancement of her work led her into leadership roles managing both domestic and international aeronautical engineering programs. After about 10 years, she began consulting for both federal and commercial organizations. She later became the Cybersecurity Advisor for the CIO of a major agency and was selected to participate in Cyber Security and National Security Councils. She has been with Microsoft for nine years and currently serves as Principal Cloud Solution Architect.
Blossom holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, a Master of Science in Software Engineering from the University of Maryland, and a master's in executive Global Leadership from Georgetown University. She also completed the executive program on the Intersection of Cybersecurity and Policy from Harvard University.
