Emily Hacker is a threat intelligence analyst in the Microsoft Threat Intelligence Center (MSTIC) and previously worked on Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE), with a specialty in endpoint protections across a variety of threats. Emily got her start in the industry as a technical writer for a threat intelligence team at Lockheed Martin and made the transition into threat intelligence analysis a year later. Emily has an undergraduate degree in Communications and English Rhetoric from Texas A&M University.
