Georgiannah Landers is a Security Awareness and Culture Lead at National Grid. Through tailored security awareness training, engaging communications, and ongoing support, she helps foster a culture of security at every level. Her goal is to ensure everyone at National Grid understands the critical importance of security and is equipped with the knowledge and tools to protect both themselves and the organization.

Georgiannah's enthusiasm for Managing Human Risk started in 2020 during her time as a Cybersecurity Analyst. She quickly developed an interest in this field as she enjoyed being more 'human-facing' and engaging with colleagues who needed additional support. Georgiannah particularly valued the opportunity to transform the perception of security awareness from a negative viewpoint to a positive one. In 2024, the Security Awareness and Training team at National Grid was honored to win the Security Training Programme of the Year award, and this year, she looks forward to furthering that success.

Georgiannah earned her B.S. in Cybersecurity from Utica College and currently lives in New York. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching true crime shows, and being outdoors with her goldendoodle, Hudson.
