The Microsoft Federal SCI Customer Success Organization accelerates federal government transformation through security solutions that enable mission outcomes and cloud to enable cybersecurity outcomes. In this role, Jay leads Microsoft Federal's Solution Architects and Engineers that provide advisory and cybersecurity operations support to empower Federal customers and their partners.

Throughout his career, Jay has focused on enabling regulated industry customers to achieve mission and program success through trusted, innovative solutions. He has over 20 years of technology and security leadership, providing advisory services to government C-Level decision makers, including serving as an augmented Deputy CISO to federal agencies. Jay is a member of leading industry organizations including Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) Advisory Boad, American Council for Technology - Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC), the International Information System Security Certification Consortium (ISC)2.

Jay is an alumnus of Wake Forest University and holds graduate degrees from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School in Information Security Management and SANS Technology Institute for Penetration Testing and Ethical Hacking. He also holds many industry recognized credentials and designations including CISSP, CSSLP, GCIH, GCPN, GWAPT, GPEN, PMP, and Prosci CCP.
