Jen has held several roles within Accenture’s Information Security Behavior Change team, including standing up their flagship program which is now part of all employee required training. She currently leads the Innovation team which focuses on creating immersive security awareness training experiences in Virtual and Augmented Reality. With the rise of Generative AI, the team is exploring innovative ways to harness this technology and elevate our award-winning training program. With a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational psychology and a background in talent strategy and engagement/culture work, Jen brings a unique blend of expertise to her role. Her passion lies in combining her extensive knowledge of Information Security with her talent development and organizational culture work.
