John Holland is a tradecraft-trained intelligence professional with a passion for making cyber intelligence accessible and consumable. From the Fortune 500 to the SMB market, he fuses sound fundamentals for analytic and operational tradecraft with proven processes to create tailored capabilities for clients. With over 23 years of program development and management experience—13 of those producing intelligence products and shaping intelligence operations—John delivers focused insights that help clients properly align talent, tools, and inputs to optimize their ROI from cyber-intelligence investments. His support to executives and leaders helps establish a vision for the role intelligence should play in their organization, and his engagement with practitioners guides the implementation of that vision to optimize outcomes.
During his time in the Intelligence Community, he trained at CIA, DIA, and ODNI; effectively applying the concepts to produce department- and national-level intelligence products, including for the President’s Daily Brief. He supported large enterprise clients in the integration and consumption of intelligence products at Symantec, and led product teams at Accenture to overcome complex operational challenges through the application and development of technologies. John currently leads the consultancy he founded—IntL8—and supports U.S. federal agencies and corporate clients globally. He is a husband, a father of two, and a Florida Gator through and through.
