For over 15 years, Karyn has been on a mission to bridge the gap between cybersecurity and human behavior. As a Security Awareness Leader, she has worked with organizations to transform security training from a click, click, done checkbox into a continuous learning journey to build digital safety knowledge and skills.
Starting in telecom and GIS, Karyn quickly realized that technology alone isn't enough, people are both the greatest risk and the strongest defense. This sparked a passion for designing security awareness programs that are practical, relatable, and effective.
When not working, Karyn enjoys gardening and cooking, often finding creative ways to weave security lessons into everyday conversations.
Karyn holds several certifications including CISSP, CISM, CISA, and SSAP.
