Mark Fernandes

Mr. Fernandes is the Global Technology Officer of Micro Focus’ cyber security portfolio. Mr. Fernandes comes with over thirty (30) years of experience in Cyber Security, twenty-two (22) years in running some of the most sophisticated Security Operations and Counter-Adversary Threat Operations Centers. He has spent over fifteen (15) years working in the defense and government space building sophisticated threat sensing and early warning systems. His team and him built and operated some of the earliest governmental cyber operations having led the first rollout of large-scale threat defenses for the 2000 US Presidential Elections. Mr. Fernandes has a combination of advanced counter-adversary, multi-space digital operations (SatCom, cyber, military) technical, strategy and intelligence experience and has operated at the field level of countering advanced threat actors for iTAR and military environments.
