Monisha "Mo" Bush is the US Missions Programs and Partnerships Coordinator for SANS Institute, the most trusted and the largest provider of information security training and certification in the world. In this role, she helps drive forward partner programs in the western hemisphere, coordinating with key stakeholders such as Google, Cisco, AWS, Craig Newmark Philanthropies, and Bloomberg. She also helps lead external partnerships for cyber workforce development programs with organizations such as WiCyS, CyberVets, Maryland Department of Labor, Women’s Society of Cyberjutsu, and others. She works with organizations that are focused on growing the global cybersecurity talent pipeline to help employers fill critical, hard-to-fill InfoSec jobs.
Monisha helps coordinate and manage programs such as the SANS Cyber Immersion Academies and external programs like the WiCyS Security Training Scholarship, Cyber Workforce Academy – Maryland, and Mission43 Cybersecurity Academy for veterans. These programs are scholarship-based opportunities offered to high aptitude candidates who complete training and achieve certifications to launch careers in cybersecurity. Monisha supports the coordination of SANS academy operations, marketing, training delivery, and career placement. She joined SANS Institute in 2018.
