Ms. Morgan Adamski is the Executive Director of U.S. Cyber Command and is the highest-ranking civilian. She supports the Commander and Deputy Commander of CYBERCOM in managing the Cyber Operations Force, including the Headquarters, six large Service Cyber Components, Cyber Mission Force Teams, and the Department of Defense enterprise defense forces. As the Executive Director, she leads initiatives to mature CYBERCOM and subordinate Command functions in the areas of strategic communication, talent management, foreign and domestic partnerships, innovation, and capability development. As an NSA senior executive, Ms. Adamski is also responsible for helping to maintain the strong partnership and alignment between NSA and U.S. Cyber Command.

For more than a decade, Ms. Adamski has worked across NSA’s offensive and defensive missions. She has led offensive cyber mission planning, executed operations against some of the Agency’s hardest intelligence targets, served as Senior Advisor to the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Defense for Cyber Policy, and helped stand up the NSA Cybersecurity Directorate. Most recently, she served as the Director of NSA’s Cybersecurity Collaboration Center, responsible for working with interagency, industry, and international partners to deliver intel-driven cybersecurity at scale. In this role, she revitalized the way NSA collaborates with the private sector to harden billions of endpoints against nation-state cyber threats.
