Sharifa Bernard

Sharifa is a lifelong learner, nurturer of talent, and Amazon Security L&D program manager. Specializing in the creation of transformative learning solutions and targeted workforce development programs, Sharifa uses her more than decade of educational experience to build programs that improve employee productivity and career mobility. Her professional journey includes program management in government, non-profit, and tech. She is a certified Real Time Coach who has produced culturally responsive curricula and behavioral frameworks for Massachusetts, Arizona, and large-scale charter networks. No matter the sector, Sharifa commits to providing a strong customer experience and helping open doors of opportunity for those who want it. 

Sharifa is a graduate of Wellesley College, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Economics. She also holds her MPA from Rutgers University and a GIAC Information Security Fundamentals (GISF). She resides in Maryland with her husband and two children.
