Stephen Silver is senior investigator of Brown Rudnick’s Investigative team. He joined Brown Rudnick from Quilligence, LLC, where he led a team of OSINT investigators and subcontractors. Stephen holds a Ph.D. in history from the University of California, Davis, where he completed his dissertation on the Second World War in North Africa.
