Eligibility
Program seats are open to everyone but are focused on encouraging participation from:
- Members of underrepresented communities, including but not limited to Black, Indigenous, Hispanic, Latino, Asian American, and Pacific Islander individuals
- Women
- Students or alumni from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs)
- Eligible applicants must reside in one of the following states or districts:
Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee, or the District of Columbia.
