John Brown
John currently lives in United Arab Emirates serving as a technical advisor and SME in the area of cyber defense. He has spent most of the last 20 years researching, reporting, and defending against cyber-attacks. He specializes in the area of digital forensics and incident response and over the years he has assisted many entities in the preparation, identification, containment, eradication and recovery from network, data and other security incidents. Before becoming an expat, John was a member of IBM's Emergency Response Team and served as a lead analyst for the Security Operations Center at the United States Attorneys Office.
